‘The HRB Summer Student Scholarships programme is an opportunity for undergraduates to gain research experience at an early stage in their career journey’, says Dr Annalisa Montesanti, Programme Manager, at the HRB. Students can spend their summer holidays working on research projects with a supervisor and earn up to €300 per week. The application process is straightforward requiring only the cv details of the prospective student, a short personal declaration and a brief project overview. For the purposes of this scheme, the student termed the “Lead Applicant” is responsible for preparing the application with support from their Supervisor.
Applications are currently open, with a closing date of 1.00 pm on 14 February 2018. Full details on the Summer Student Scholarships are available in the All Funding Schemes section of the HRB website.
