Please note, the HRB grant changes inbox will close from Friday, 10 October 2025 until Friday, 2 January 2026.
Grant change requests submitted after 10 October 2025 will be accessed on 5 January 2026. Requests for grant changes on grants ending before 5 April 2026 must be submitted on or before the deadline, 10 October 2025 (exception for unexpected social benefit request).
It is the responsibility of the grant holder to manage their grant in line with the application that was peer reviewed, and the approved budget agreed at contract stage.
From time to time, unforeseen circumstances may require you to change some aspect of the grant. For these situations HRB has a number of grant policies in place.
All requests for changes to your grant should align to HRB grant policies and be submitted by email to grantchanges@hrb.ie for review.
