Dr Sarah Barry PhD is Senior Lecturer and Director of Academic Programmes at the School of Population Health, RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences. An experienced leader in policy and health systems research she has been Director of the Centre for Health Policy and Management at Trinity College Dublin, Director of Trinity’s MSc in Health Services Management and the HRB-funded National SPHeRE PhD Training Programme. Her research focuses on integrated care delivery and change management in complex health systems.

Other strategic leadership roles include being a member of the Performance and Delivery Committee of the HSE Board, the Advisory Board of the Advanced Care Research Centre Academy, University of Edinburgh, and the International Foundation for Integrated Care Ireland Steering Group. Sarah was a member of the Trinity Technical Team that worked with the All-Party Oireachtas Committee on the Future of Healthcare in Ireland producing its Sláintecare Report in 2017.
