Minister for Health appoints new members to the Health Research Consent Declaration Committee
The Minister for Health Mr Stephen Donnelly has appointed four new members to the Health Research Consent Declaration Committee to add to the existing Committee.

The new members are:
- Dr Barry Lyons, Anaesthesia & Critical Care Medicine, Children’s Health Ireland at Crumlin
- Dr Cornelias Cooney, Consultant Anaesthetist
- Mr John Woods, Data Protection Officer, St. Patrick’s Mental Health Services
- Dr Mary Tumelty, Lecturer in the School of Law, University College Cork
Welcoming the new members to the HRCDC, Ms Brigid McManus, Chairperson, says:
