Two improvements to LINK, the NDTRS database, were released on April 25th, 2025.

In the first change to the workflow page, the ‘Status chart’ is now called Episode Entry Status and can be used the same way as before.  In addition, two new charts are visible on the workflow page:

  1. The first new chart is Episode Exit Status.  This shows the validations and number of episodes which are exited in the current calendar year.
  2. The second new chart shows Review status, which will include all open episodes started in previous years.  When a review date is added to an episode it will change from red to green.

The second change is to the outcomes at the end of treatment (Q34) where you will see some choices are grouped together in categories. You are still able to pick multiple outcomes, as before, but you will only be able to choose one outcome from a group.   This will prevent errors where contradictory outcomes are picked for a case.
