The HRB/NDTRS LINK system will be updated from 6pm today. The update includes:
- Clearer wording for questions related to Affected Family Members and process addiction support cases.
- Updated exit validation chart to highlight outstanding validation queries for exiting records only.
- Preparation for Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance security. There will be no immediate change for users; MFA activation will be introduced on a phased basis.
Record Retention Reminder:
NDTRS records are retained for ten years after they become inactive (i.e., ten years after the service user exits the service and does not return).
