Trinity College Dublin is seeking a total of €1,104,000 from the Wellcome Trust over a period of 5 years which will be matched by equal internal funding. These funds will be used to grow and enhance a connected programme of health‐related Research, Teaching and Public Engagement in Trinity College. Specific activities will include (a) seed research support to early stage academics; (b) a programme to stimulate strategic international collaboration and: (c) the creation of a truly interdisciplinary programme that will create a culture of collaborative research, teaching and public engagement involving the Health Sciences, the Arts and Humanities and Science Gallery Dublin.
