Today the greatest health and societal challenges we face are global and can only be addressed through international collaboration and partnership. HRB actively engages with international partners to enable the research community in Ireland to play its part in collaborating on research that makes a difference to people’s lives. In doing so, the HRB prioritises partnerships that build on the established strengths of health research across the island of Ireland, leverages international expertise, and maximises learning from countries with similar health systems and challenges.
