Overview of drug issues in Ireland 2000: a resource document

This publication provides an overview of issues related to drug misuse in Ireland, focusing on information available up to mid-2000. The term ‘drug misuse’, as used in this report, refers to the taking of a legal and/or illegal drug that harms the physical, mental or social well being of the individual, the group or society.
