- Eligibility and needs assessment.
- Financing of home care services.
The analysis found commonalities and differences amongst the approaches in four countries. The report provides detailed information on the research questions asked, the methods used, the in-depth findings in each country, and a comparison of similarities and differences across the four jurisdictions.
