How do people weigh up research evidence?

Two short questions

The Behavioural Research Unit (BRU) at the Economic and Social Research Institute (ESRI) are carrying out research on how people weigh up research evidence.

The BRU would love to get as many Ones2Watch attendees as possible to take part.

The research is extremely short, only two questions.

You will be given a scientific hypothesis and asked to give your own opinion on how likely you think it is to be true on a scale of 0 to 100. There are no right or wrong answers, it is purely a subjective judgement.

Deirdre Robertson will hand out copies of the questionnaire at the 2.00 pm session 'Session 2 - Career Journeys'.

The results will be made public and published in due course on the Behavioural Research Unit part of the ESRI website at:
