Vicky Hellon from F1000 will be in attendance at the HRB Ones2Watch conference.
F1000 are the service providers behind the HRB Open Research platform (HRBOR) that was launched in February 2018 by the Health Research Board to support researchers to work in a more open manner, and to help to make research more transparent, collaborative and efficient.
The publishing platform offers immediate open access publication of all HRB funded research outputs followed by an open peer review process. A range of different article types can be published there from traditional research articles, to study protocols, method articles, case studies and more.
Vicky will have a stand at the event (as well as giving a short talk on publishing) and is more than happy to answer any questions on open access, how the platform is progressing so far and how it may be of use to your research; the platform has proved very popular with early career researchers so far. She will have some HRBOR goodies so do pop over for a chat.
