RSS FeedsThe eGrants system enables applicants to apply for funding online. It allows an applicant to complete an application for funding and submit it electronically. The application is then made available to peer reviewers and panel members for evaluation. eGrants also allows us to give online feedback to an applicant.
There are separate eGrants sites for our three different user groups:
- Applicant
- Referee
- Panel member
Applicant site
The applicant eGrants site is at: http://egrantsproduction.imaxan.ie/
If you are required to use the eGrants site to apply for funding, you will be directed to the site through the Grants section. Application forms and guidelines for completing your application are on the applicant site.
To register
You must register with the system to be able to apply for funding. Go to the applicant site and click on Register Yourself from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. You will be asked to enter the address of your institution. Once you have registered, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. When you have confirmed, you will be able to log into the system and start your application.
Already registered?
If you have already registered, there is no need to register again. Your original login details can be used for accessing other application forms.
Submitting an application
When you have completed an application form and are ready to submit it to us, click on 'Submit' on your eGrants homepage, we will send an email to confirm that you have submitted your application form. If you do not receive this email, contact the helpdesk at help(at)hrb.ie or +353 1 2345122.
Accessing your feedback
We will contact you when feedback from your application is available. Log in using your email and password and you will see a link to the feedback.
Forgotten your password?
There is a password reminder on the applicant site. Click on it to receive an email containing your password.
Applicant FAQ
Referee site
The referee eGrants site is at http://egrantsproduction.imaxan.ie/ref/
Referees are not required to register with the eGrants site. We will send your login details by email. You will be able to view the application form for review when you log in. The review form is also available.
Panel member site
The Panel member eGrants site is at http://egrantsproduction.imaxan.ie/panel/
Panel members are not required to register with the eGrants site. We will send your login details by email. The application form for review, referees reports (if available) and review form(s) will be available when you log in.
