WHO should apply?
The HRB invites applications from post-doctoral researchers in Ireland working in health related disciplines who wish to consolidate their research skills and make the transition from post-doctoral research trainee to independent researcher. Applicants must have between 24 and 72 months post-doctoral research experience on the closing date for this scheme.
WHAT does the award include?
The fellowship will provide funding for salary (IUA scale) and salary-related costs for up to three years in addition to running costs, a training and development allowance, a travel grant and a dissemination allowance.
