The HRB invited applications for high-quality, investigator-led research projects in health related research, including biomedical, clinical and health services research.
Eligibility Criteria;
Researchers who held a post (permanent or have a contract that covers the period of the award) in a recognised research institution in the Republic of Ireland and who demonstrated a strong track record in health research. Post-doctoral/contract researchers who were recognised by their research institution as independent investigators could also have applied for funding to support their own salary.
