25. Notices

25.1 Any notice or document to be given under the Grant Conditions shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if delivered by hand or sent by ordinary  prepaid post to the correct address (as may be amended from time to time by notice in writing to the other party) of the party to whom it is being sent.

25.2 Any notice or other document shall be deemed to have been received by the addressee as follows:-

25.2.1 delivery by hand – day of delivery;

25.2.2 ordinary post – two working days after posting;

provided that if in accordance with the above provisions any such notice or other communication would otherwise be deemed to have been given or made outside working hours (being 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on a Business Day) such notice or other communication shall be deemed to have been given or made at the start of working hours on the next business day.

25.3 To prove the giving of a notice or other document it shall be sufficient to show that it was dispatched.
