RSS Feeds23. Nature of Relationship
23.1 Nothing in the Grant Conditions shall constitute:-
23.1.1 a partnership or joint venture or establish a relationship of agency between the parties;
23.1.2 a contract of employment between the HRB and the Principal Investigator, any member of the Team or any servant or agent of the Host Institution.
23.2 Neither the Principal Investigator nor any member of the Team nor any servant or agent of the Host Institution shall be nor in any way represent himself to be an agent of the HRB and none of them shall have any authority to enter into obligation on behalf of the HRB or to bind the HRB in any way.
