28. Legal Proceedings

The Host Institution shall and shall ensure that the Principal Investigator and any member of the Team shall agree to be available to participate in any legal proceedings arising out of the Grant including but not limited to proceedings in connection with the ownership, exploitation, commercialisation and/or management of any Intellectual Property .
