Subject to the provisions of clause 21 (Variation), the Grant Conditions and any documents referred to in them contain the entire of the terms and conditions applicable to the Grant and supercede and replace any prior written or oral agreements, representations or undertakings between the HRB and the Host Institution relating to the Grant.
