3. Acceptance Documentation

3.1 The Acceptance Documentation completed to the satisfaction of the HRB must be received by the HRB on or before the date specified in the Grant Letter and if not received by that date the offer of the Grant shall lapse. 

3.2 No payment in respect of the Grant shall be made prior to receipt of the Acceptance Documentation. 

3.3 The Host Institution acknowledges that the HRB is not and shall not be deemed a sponsor within the meaning of The European Communities (Clinical Trials on Medicinal Products for Human Use) Regulations, 2004.
