Health Research Board

This section of the HRB website details the HRB participation in a number of EU projects, our collaboration with other agencies and a range of international activities that we participate in.

In order to offer researchers in Ireland hands-on support to apply for EU funds, the HRB has two staff members designated as National Contact Points for Health for FP7. More details can be found on the webpage "EU funding opportunities".

The HRB has been a successful participant in a number of ESFRI calls, details of which are in our Strategic Initiatives pages. Furthermore the HRB was successful in the first call of the Marie Curie COFUND action, and the new HRB/Marie Curie fellowships will be advertised in summer 2008, details are here.
