Research outputs/outcomes

The process by which research leads to outputs that produce outcomes, and ultimately leads to impacts on people’s health or the economy, is one that the HRB is keen to understand better so as to maximise the effectiveness of its investment. This section gives an overview of the outputs and outcomes of the HRB’s investment in health research that it systematically collates each year in order to evaluate the effectiveness of its funding policies and to promote the value and benefits of the research it funds to key stakeholder audiences
