This information day is targeted at all interested universities and research centres in order to discuss the issues at stake and give information on how to manage a research project with a European Commission contribution of at least 6,5 Million euros in the field of Addictions.

This event is organised by Directorate L of DG Research of the European Commission within the 7th Framework Programme for research and technology.
This event will discuss the overall approach to such projects,namely a balanced combination of research work and complementary activities. Interdisciplinarity should be enhanced as much as possible as well as cross-fertilization and innovative research. Complementary activities, such as stock-taking, foresight, dissemination and management activities in particular, are also very relevant.
