On 22 – 23 April 2009 The Health Research Board of Ireland, in conjunction with the National Cancer Institute in the US and the HSC R&D Office in Northern Ireland held a Health Economics Workshop at Pearse St Library in Dublin.
This workshop provided an opportunity to discuss the current status of health economics policy and practice on the island of Ireland and the US.
The aim of the workshop was to bring the small health economics community in Ireland closer together and to avail of expertise from US collaborators.
